Logan Square is located to the north of Market Street and to the west of Broad Street, ending at Spring Garden Street. Logan Square is one of the five original squares included in the design of Philadelphia by William Penn. Today the square itself occupies the center of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Its fountain and majestic statues attract visitors year-round.

This neighborhood includes most of the Center City business district, and ever expanding luxury residential high rises, it also holds attractions such as the Franklin Institute and the Philadelphia Free Library. These majestic buildings give the Parkway most of its personality and are synonymous with Philadelphia. Logan Square also boasts cinematic views of the PMA, Love Park, and City Hall.

The neighborhood surrounding Logan Square is highly residential, and borders several prominent districts, including the Loft District and the Art Museum area.
